In the ever-expanding realm of social media, one name stands out not just for its ubiquity but also for its controversial practices: Meta, formerly known as Facebook. Despite its rebranding efforts, the company's track record for privacy remains stained with a series of alarming revelations, showcasing a pattern of manipulation and exploitation of user data.
As you might know Google has a history of making and then killing the messaging apps and couldn't settle on one. They've made a smooth move with RCS also known as rich communication services and everyone is hoping it doesn't end up in the Google graveyard as well. RCS is a communication protocol rather than an application and can be said as the upgraded version of dated SMS to include WhatsApp or iMessage like features in it. Google is trying to replace old SMS with updated chat features that seem more modern. Messages can be sent through mobile data or WiFi using the RCS protocol.
We are using mobile data, WiFi or other internet connection to stay connected with our friends and family members no matter where they are. Apps, with the ability to make video calls, bring people in front of each other in no time. Actually not just to stay connected with our friends and family we are using it to get knowledge from all around the world.
No doubt mobile messaging apps such as Facebook’s Messenger, WhatsApp, WeChat are replacing legacy SMS services. Using cellular or WiFi networks these applications are providing far more features than SMS. Users just need internet connection to get connected with their friends and family using group chats and sharing multimedia with ease.

Truecaller is a great application/service, it can tell name and any other available information of the phone number even if you don’t have that saved in your contact list. But here is a thing, did you thought from where Truecaller is getting all that information???
Previously I coded and shared a notification bar that wasn’t customizable this much but this one is fully customizable and can be used to show information about some article on web pages of your website or blog.
Update: Facebook emotions are available worldwide.
Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Facebook, hinted that facebook was planning on enhancing its like button. Lots of people thought Facebook was going to introduce a dislike button but that was not the case here. They expanded the like button, which now includes reaction emotions. Along with standard thumbs up, there will be some other emoticons for showing feelings for a post. People will be able to respond with Like, Love, Haha, Yay, Wow, Sad and Angry instead of typing their feelings in the comments.
Update: Skype access is restored and everything is working properly.
If you’ve tried to sign in to your Skype account but wasn’t able to do so then you are not the only one. Skype is having issues and Microsoft knows about them and is trying to fix them.
A malware, named as XcodeGhost, was able to infect iOS apps and created a security breach. Applications were infected because of using modified version of Xcode by developers as they were convinced for using this version instead of the standard one.

Spider-Man is actually coming back to Marvel because they created this character. Back in 90s marvel sold movie rights for this and some other characters. Some of them were later acquired back and now its turn for the Spider-Man. Spider-Man character is not being aquired by marvel. Sony pictures keep the rights over Spider-Man movies.
